Mornings with Danny and Laura on 91.5 CKPR

It's another Monday where I look to work as a bit of a break from the weekend!

Friday it was a night of fun at my daughter Kayla's house...dinner, then playtime with the kids..then babysit while she and her hubby went out to a shag. They found all of us....me, my son Matt and their two boys, Brandon and Garrett all sound asleep on the couch when they got home. Yes, we all fit.
Saturday, Kayla was sick so Matt and I went over and picked up the boys and took them out to Gammondale Farm for March Fun Day. We loved it. Garrett who is 1, was hilarious as he doesn't want to be carried sometimes, but all bundled up in his snowgear, he can't walk very far without tumbling to the ground...it adds to the hilarity when you hear his teeny little voice saying "whoa" as he goes down. We went on THREE sleigh rides with Sue Gammond at the reigns. Each trip was a little more informative...she talks about the history of the area and the farm. It really was fun.
Then, after we dropped the little sleepyheads off at home, Matt and I went off to the Sportsdome for winter baseball. Long day.

Sunday..I went to the Women's Expo at the Valhalla with my daughters Kayla and Victoria...then out to lunch with mom. She would have come to the Expo as well but unfortunately she forgot to change her clocks ahead. We did at least get to spend time with her at lunch.
Oh, but the weekend was not over yet...Matthew and I went to see Fired Up! in the afternoon. It was actually funny. I thought the only thing I was going to enjoy was the popcorn, and ended up having some laughs as well.

Needless to say, it was very easy to fall asleep last night......
