Mornings with Danny and Laura on 91.5 CKPR

Danny is hurting today after an unfortunate incident in the kitchen with a sausage. It happened Sunday morning, when Danny was preparing to cook sausages for his family. Seems he thinks oil needs to be added when cooking sausages. Silly Boy. He also thinks that cooking sausages involves flipping them in the pan. ? So...when he was flipping the sausages...oh, by the way, did I mention he was cooking in his pyjama bottoms...no top? You see what's about to happen here.
As I was saying, he was flipping the sausages when the boiling liquid in the pan exploded and splashed up onto Danny's nipple! Yes, it burned.

This provided quite a topic of conversation on the show this morning. Some were inclined to call in and offer their concern and some advice on how to treat the wound. Others, like Danny's cousin and brother sent him messages like this....
Cousin Tony...."Only you would do something like that...."
Brother Claudio..."What's going on Emeril? Wow, flipping sausages...you burned your nipple?"
No sympathy from these two. But my Joseph called to offer some soothing words and make Danny feel better, of course he laughed after he had comforted Danny, but at least he made the effort.

Whatever crazy things may happen to us, they are all up for discussion on the morning show!
