There was a milk conference in Toronto over the weekend, with a group of people stating that ‘raw milk’ is safe, and provides a myriad of health benefits. The group takes a line contrary to the mainstream scientific view that unpasteurized milk , which is illegal to sell in Canada, can be hazardous.
