Coming off a beautiful weekend like that makes it hard to want to go to work....I'll bet there were a lot "I'm too sick to come to work" calls today. Some people just need to squeeze that one extra day out of the weekend. Good for them!

We're (all right, Joe is) building a fence that completely covers our yard, so our dogs don't need to be on a chain anymore. It's tough when there is only one chain and two dogs...Elvis had his own run last year, but he wrecked the grass with his running in circles. It's growing back now. So, with the fence up all around the yard and locked gates so noone accidentally lets one or both of them out they can be free in the back. It will be awesome for them!

WATER COOLER CONVERSATIONS....

A Canadian Press - Harris Decima poll out this morning finds that most Canadians who have a family doctor are 'satisfied' with their doctor. 54% of respondents rate their doctors services as 'excellent'. It went on to find out that 4 our of 5 of those respondents with family doctors said they wouldn't switch doctors even if they though they could easily find another one (well...we know here...that finding a family doctors isn't easy at all).

If you thought BINGO was just for senior citizens...think again: 30% of all bingo players are under the age of 35.

Going to Las Vegas? Maybe staying at the famous Caesar's Palace? There are 3,348 rooms at Caesar's. Plus...there's the entertainment complex called The Colosseum, which seats over 4,000 people (this is where Celine Dion spent 4 years performing). Also, inside Caesar's is the famous Pure Nightclub,a 36,000 square foot nightclub.

The 2010 Winter Games are fast approaching in Vancouver. Hopefully, the city is going to see a profit after all that money is spent on hosting the games for 2 weeks. Beiijing Olympic organizers have announced that they made a profit from last year's Summer Games. According to figures released....$3.2 billion was spent on the games, and they saw a profit of just under $200 million. 40% of that came from broadcast and marketing rights!!!
